abandment of mobile home

I am landowner. I evicted tenants

8-6-07 thru courts for no rent. Whats procedure to legally take

custody of remaining mobile home?

How long do I have to wait?

Tenants rented lot from meand are

long gone-Home vacant x4 months.

Evicted tenants owned the home

(no leans on home) home is 20+

years old.
