Addition of individual to deed

I want to add my son as a co-owner to the deed on my home, which is paid for. What type of form do I need to do this?

you can deed an interest in the house by using a special warranty deed. You need o be careful to word it properly, so you know exactly what you are giving to him. You can get a title company to do this for you for a relatively small fee.
