Adverse Possession
I want to know what I have to do to claim title to a propetry through adverse possession in texas. I want to use the ten year limitation.

You have to bring a lawsuit against the record title owners of the property, called a trespass to try title suit. In the suit, you will have to prove the elements of the 10 year adverse possession statute.
