Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

if an agent agrees to sell my house but I will not sign unless she lowers her commission fee of 10%...if she sells the house what will I owe her

if u signed a listing agreement for 10%, you will owe 10%...don't forget how much effort an agent gives to making a sale...AND it is not sold until you are paid at the closing.
