Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I agreed to store personal property for someone for 2 weeks to 1 month well it has been 3 months and I still have it. I have tried to 6 times to contact him and finally got a hold of him. He then said he would move it, because he would be working out of town for sometime. He didn't show up or call, and now all I can assume is that he has left as I've tried to contact again and get no response. I would just like to know what rights I have in regards of disposing of his property [sell, donate, etc} We both live in Texas

I have this happen from time to time when tenants move out of rental property. As a courtesy, I will give them notice in writing that they need to pick up within 3 days and if they don't, the property will be donated. That usually gets their attention and, if not, the property goes to Goodwill.
