Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

If a bank has a judgement against them over $100,000 because of real estate, and it was never paid ... What can happen legally?

One can collect a judgment against a bank the same way he collects any judgment. If I owned the judgment, I would send a constable to the bank with a writ of execution.
