boarding agreement between paddock owner and horse leaser

i need to have a copy of an agreement between a farmer or land owner who is leasing large and small paddocks on his farm to indiviudals who would like to board their horses on a monthly basis. I would like space in the agreement to put the things the farmer would provide or services he would provide and also what is expected of the one who leases the paddocks or stables. I need to know if such an agreement needs to be notorized to be legal and binding between the 2 parties. thanks
