Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
i bought a car from my niece. i have payed the entire $2500. 00-the asking price for the car. i have a bill of sale signed by her and myself, as well as receipts showing i payed her. The car was her mother in law's. My niece did not give her mother in law the money so the mother in law refuses to give me the title unless she gets the money which my niece spent. am i legally protected in some way.

You can sue your neice personally in small claims court, but you will probably only win an uncollectable judgment.
