Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I bought a condo last october and needed my parents to co-sign on the loan. They gave me the down payment then insisted to be included on the title. I make the mortgage payments, but now i am in a dispute with my parents and they are threatening to pull out as co-signers and telling me that I need to look for a new home. My question is what are my rights since i am on the title with them, and I have established the residence as my homestead.

If the parents have already co-signed the loan, it's impossible for them to "pull out as co-signers."
I suggest: Cut the apron strings. You're an adult; make some new friends, get a hobby, join a Baptist church, and stop letting your parents run your life.
