Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

bought home that was not insurable

I purchased a home that was infested with mold. This information was not disclosed. i lived in the house almost two years. 1st year insurance was rolled in contract. When it was time to buy insurance on the home on my own, no insurance companies (3) would not insure the home, because they said the home already had a $190,000 claim on it. this information was not disclosed when I purchased the home. I can't get the home insured and I did not make the claim. All of the insurance companies said the claim was before I purchased the home. I paid $259,000.00 for the home. The mortgage company made me move out when they found out about this information. The home has gone into foreclosure and I heard that the home is sold again. now I am stuck with a $259,000.00 foreclouser and no home. What is my recourse. I still have all of the contract papers. Do I have a case against the seller.
