Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I Bought a home and I was told that there was no Homeowners Association and at Closing I was disclosed no Homeowners Association and now I have one Harassing me for dues and it existed since 2006 in my area I bought the house in 2009 what can I do about this and do I have a right to Sue because I was sold the home under false prestenses I wanted a home that was not under a HA?

If the contract for purchase stated NO HOA...and the title company did not reveal a HOA..then both seller and title company should pay...but you should see an attorney in that county..good luck
