Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

when i bought my home, it was valued at 60,000. I do not pay any type of interest because i purchased home thru a non-profit organization that helps low-income families.

So about a month and a half ago i was notified verbally that my house note was going up, i did not recieve any kind of letter notifying me of any changes and why the house note was going up.before this i do pay my house note on time and more than i am required to pay.. i recently recieved a letter notifying me that my house note was passed do by 60days and if i didnt update my account they will forclose..what do i do?
