Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I just bought a house on Friday and was not able to move in until Sunday evening. As I was moving in and cleaning the place, I found a huge hole inside the linen closet stuffed with butcher paper. Can the seller be responsible for fixing the hole after closing?
