Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

We bought a house two years ago and theres lot thats fenced it with are yard that does not belong to us the previous own passed away now the property has delinquent tax and is under a law suit, how do we buy it before it goes to action?PLease help

Call the county clerk or tax authority...for info on buying if for taxes owed...
