Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I bought a property that was a tax lien in 2013. Now that I'm ready to sell property the city can't find proper paperwork to get a clear title. No one is helping me?

You should contact an attorney. It appears as though you purchased tax lien, which is different than purchasing the property. The records would likely be on file with the county clerk and county tax office, depending upon what you needed.
