Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

i am not on my boyfriends lease, i deal with the office about issues that have to be fixed cause he works nights, sleeps in the day. they are rude take forever to get things done if they do and constantly confusing us with other residents that are bad tentants. well today i went once again to clear up a mistake that they made and they get agressive and hate that they are havong to thier job, so she then says are you on the lease? do i have to be? we are not married, wouldn't it mess up his credit?

They don't have to deal with you, so I would just wake up your boyfriend and have him take care of things. I wouldn't add myself to the lease because it only increases your legal obligations.
