Breaking a contract with a buyer
I have recently signed a contract to sell my home. I would like to reak the contract. Is this possible after the buyer has signed and agreed to purchase the home.

It depends on what your contract covers. An attorney can either go over the contract with you or handle this for you.

Just remember that a contract is a binding document. In order to break it, you need a reason allowed in the contract or the document must be deficient in some way. Have an attorney look at it to see what can be done, if anything.
