Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
My brother and his fiance bought property in 2000, they broke up in 2001 and she left, owing mortgage payments and taxes. Brother move out - We moved in and took over the payments and have been paying the taxes and mortgage ever since. How can we get her name off the property?
