Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My brother and his wife tricked my dad to sign my dad's house in my brother's name. After he got the house he threw my mom and dad out of the house. They live in India. The house have fourth floors and my brother collects the rents and keep them to himself. My parents are in their 80's and I don't know how to help them . Please help me help them. What can I do ? what can my parents do?

You may want to report this to elder abuse authorities..but if your parents are in India, what authority would you have to do anything unless they want to act.????
