Who is builder in transaction

Scenario: Texas, LP is providing financing for development and townhome construction, they are also the seller of the townhome. I am the registered builder responsible for development and construction. Question: In texas, in this situation who would be considered the builder.

Without looking at your documents, I would bet that you are the "Contractor" on the Mechanic's Lien Contract. It should all be spelled out in the documents that relate to the property.
