Bully Neighbors Police Wont help

Our neighbors bully us everytime we go outside. They harrass us and call me bitch and other very offensive things. We have asked they to not say these things infront of our children but it makes things worse. The police say there is nothing they can do. We just want to have peace and be able to have our kids play outside without being harrassed or bullied.

It may take some money - you could get a restraining order.
