Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

business located next to residental home

I built a waterfront home on Galveston Bay years ago. New owners next to me are building a large restaurant/bar right up again my chain link fence. Diners will be able to look down onto my yard where we spend the majority of our time. Are there any laws to protect myself against noise, outdoor bands, and privacy issues in general?
