Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I'm buying a home in Texas from my son's father-in-law. We have known these people for a long time and the home and property are paid off and there are no leans anywhere. The transaction is quite simple in that I am giving him a down payment and he is getting a certain amount each month until it's paid off ( zero interest on the note ). Can you tell me what form I need to use?
Thanks in Advance for any help.

I am a Texas lawyer and have drafted this type of document for several clients.
I charge a flat fee of $200 to draft the appropriate documents to transfer title and at the same time protect the seller until the purchase is paid in full.
If you are interested just e-mail ( [email protected] ) or call (512-827-7548) me for more information.
Good Luck!
