I am buying a house and a company has filed an affidavit of claim in interest, can i still buy the house. It is paid in full. The house is under corporation name

You probably shouldn't buy the home until the cloud on title has been removed. If you are obtaining title insurance, which you should be, then they would probably not insure title until the adverse claim has been resolved.
