Put your agreement in writing. You will need a note and a UCC-1. The UCC-1 will need to be filed of record. You will also need to contact the TDHCA to transfer title, pay taxes, and get it registered. Alternatively, The Texas Real Estate Commission website has contract forms for such a transaction if the Mobile Home is affixed to real estate. Then, you will need to close at a title company and they can help you with the Note and Deed of Trust. If you don't feel confident in doing this yourself, you should contact an attorney.
