Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have a car that is in my ex boyfriends name i gave moved out and have the car which he brought for me new in Oct. 2006 i have made every payment on this car except 1 that he made 2 yrs ago. Now he wants the car out of his name or he is taking it back. I have poor credit that is why the caris in his name to begin with. Can he legally take the car away? We were together 14 yrs and all i got out of it was my personal belongings and $1500.00 and the car which he wants to take back.

The car is his. Texas is a "name on the title" state.

You should sue him for the money you paid toward the car note, and allege breach of contract and deceptive trade practices (and fraud).
