Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
Cash Deeds
We are changing the title of our house from one sisters' name to my name. No money is being exchanged and the property is paid for now. Which forms should I use for this?

Re: Cash Deeds
You should use a warranty deed. You should also have an attorney prepare it so it is done right. You can ask your local title company for a recommendation. The cost should be around $100 plus filing fee.
