Change of Title
Do I use a QuitClaim form for the State
where the deeded property is or the State
where I reside? The property is in HI, I live
in TX and the other person to be put on
the deed lives in NC.

You would use the proper form for HI. I would also recommend that you use a Special Warranty Deed, since a Quit Claim Deed may not provide the Grantee with an insurable interest.
