changing a deed to another name

I have a home which is paid for, at the time I added my sister as part owner for tax purposes. We both wish to now change the title into my sons name How do we go about doing this

First, discuss this will a cpa to talk about tax consequences. Then, if you still want to gift to son, talk to an attorney. Be sure this is what you want to do - son will then have the power to dispose of the property if he so wishes.
