charges after closing

I closed on my house 1 week ago and got a call from the realtor today saying the survey charges where not on, and I still need to pay that. Am I still responsible even after closing?

If the contract says the cost of the survey is your obligation, then you are responsible. Contractual obligations survive the closing.
