Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

we had our check out time wrong in a rented condo.we were supposed to check out by 11 am one day,thinking we had another day book. who made the mistake we are not sure.we were not available until around 5 pm and returned there call immediately.they had loaded all our belongings in the back of a truck and told us where to meet them. of course everything was a mess.was that legal for them to do that without at least hearing what happened

It is legal. A hotel would have done the same.
