Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I'm trying to get a clear title on property in East Texas, there have been so many road blocks I'm

asking myself if it's worth it,this property was left by my father (without a will) he thought a quick deed

to me was enough. Now I find that it was community property in that half is mine the other have belong to my deceased grandmother and I am one of 32 heirs. One of 32 doesn't want to sell. What can I do? I have a buyer.

There's always one who doesn't want to sell. Once you have the other 31 deed out to you, you can file an action in district court for a partition, forcing the sale of the house. You'll get your 31/32 of the sales price and the difficult person will get 1/32.
