Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Closing Fri, interest raised prepaid repairs

My daughter has bought a house that they keep pushing the closing date back on and she has done everything they have asked her. They even raised her interest rate for no apparent reason. The Bank owns the property and has had her do about 4000 worth of work on the house that had to be done before closing. She did it, she had gotten no perks or first time owners benefits from them at all. She is in tears and doesn't know who to turn to since her Realtor and Loan Officer have been little help. Do you have any suggestions? She has put too much money (including her 2500 Ernest money) in it to walk away for someone else to benefit from it. Is she stuck or is there something you can think of she can do?
