commercial property sale
i sold a mobile home park. as part of sale, 20 old and run down mobile homes were transfered as personal property ''AS IS'' condition . later on, new owner found problems with these mobile homes and wants to sue. do i have any protection?

You probably have a case, however, as you know, people often sue when they shouldn't. My rule of thumb is...if the amount in controversy is under 10K, then settle. Even if you're in the right, the hassle factor of a lawsuit isn't worth it. Settle and move on. Otherwise, find a good litigator to defend your position and assert any rights you might have.
