Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Commission Due agent from a real estate broker

I worked for a real estate broker as an agent. I found a ready, willing, and able buyer, and wrote a contract on a house, it was accepted, and the sale was closed, however the broker I worked for refused to pay me my commission, and gave no reason as to why. Is there case law I can use to make him pay me?

We would need to know about any contracts you have with the broker, confirm that you are licensed in TX, and know other information. Feel free to contact me or our Austin attorney for a free consultation.
