how to convert sheriff deed to warrenty deed

I want to buy some land from the county at a sheriff's sale. They will issue a sheriff deed. What do I then need to do in order to get a warrenty deed for the property? Thank you for your help.

You will never get a warranty deed if they are only willing to issue a sheriff's deed. If you are concerned about title, you should purchase title insurance. The sheriff's deed is sufficient to convey title to you.
