co-signed mothers property

mom does not want to sell house.

cancer expects to live for a few more years. brother has lived with her, but does not qualify to put his name.

Prevents me from refinancing my property due to credit score.

Lesson learned. You can sell after Mom's death or when she is willing to sell. Sorry I don't have better news.
