Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My dad past away from a heart attack unexpectedly and did not have a will in place. He owned a homestead and a rental property. He has four children from his 1st marriage and we are four children from his last common law marriage. My mom is trying to acquire full ownership of both properties. Is there a form that I can use to get all of the siblings to release their rights to these properties?

Don't do this with a form. I can almost guarantee problems. Get a lawyer. You have to first clear the deceased out of title, then any children who are deceased and then transfer title from the remaining living heirs to the mom.
