Where's that darn easement

Referring to each tract by the name of the original owner. Assuming the easement was properly granted and recorded, i.e. it shows up on a title search, whoever owns A now is stuck with an easement across his property for the benefit of tract B. The owner of tract B can abandon the easement, but will likely want to be paid to do so. There is no way to force B to reliquish its rights.
