Deed of Trust
My husband bought our home months before we married. I did not sign any paper or pay any of the money toward our house. If my husband should pass away before me, will our house become my house?

Not if he has children outside of the marriage. However, you will retain a life estate under the homestead law. Don't forget that "children outside the marriage" can happen at any time. A "Will" will take care of the problem - contact a lawyer.
