Deed of Trust
Someone related to me has signed a deed of trust under my name. I never consented to this. Is this legal, and what can i do about this??

It is not legal. It is fraud. Contact the lender immediately and notify them that they have a fraudulent deed of trust. In the meantime, forgery is a crime and should be reported to the police.
