Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I defaulted on a home 15years ago. and i recently bought a new home now the people i bought the first home from calls and says i owe them $41,000.00 on that home or they will put a judgement on me. can you explain what this means and what they can do thanks mike

Did the first sellers sue you and obtain a judgment at that time? If not, a suit by them now wuold almost certainly be barred by the statute of limitations.
