Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Digital Photographs

I rented a home last year and the property management company states that they had to do many repairs. I took photos of the home to show that we left it clean. We resided in this home for three years and the only damage the home had was wear and tear of someone living in it for three years. They have reported me to a collection agency and I am told that pictures are not admissible in court. Is this correct and how can I protect my self from this management company trying to extort money from me. When speaking to the collection agency agent he notice some decrepancies and said that ''the charges looked retarded''. The property management company is stating tha my security deposit was released but I have not received any of it. Your assistance in this would be greatly apprecieated

You can take them to small claims court. The instructions are at your local office of the justice of the peace.
