Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Drive way right of way

My question is simple. Can you legally pull into a drive way a few feet and then back out to turn around? I did this at a house by our mailbox which is a block from my home and the man came out and was very upset with me. Was I in error? Thank you, Frank

In the strictest sense it is trespass since you were not a licensee or an invitee. A private drive is not a public right-of-way. But this guy needs to get a life!
