Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
dual agency
We were represented by the same agent representing the seller when we bought our house last August. There were several things that were listed in the contract that were supposed to fixed that never got taken care of. The agent insisted that the seller had taken care of them, even though she never did a walk-through to make sure. We have since spent $4000 fixing these things. Is there anything we can do to get our money back?
