Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have an easement that was granted as part of the purchase of an acre of landlocked property. The easement has no fencing, and is open to land owned by the easement owners. Do I have the right to fence off my easement to prevent the owners livestock access? Also, the owners use this easement as their driveway, but they do have property that directly adjoins the main highway. Can I stop them from driving on the easement? I understand it is their property, but my right of way. Can I gate my right of way?

Without seeing the easement, I can't absolutely give you an answer, but I would guess it might be: No to all of your questions.
