Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
egress/ingress
My mother owns 2 lots that when platted, were not provided ingress or egress. The company that did the platting is now out of business. The woman who owns the adjoining lot refuses to sell any of it for the egress. What can I do?

You can bring a civil action to get the right or access your land.
