Former employee forged my name to buy and sell real estate in Dallas Texas. Can she be prosecuted?

Possibly, you would have to contact the Dallas County police department and file a complaint about her actions and see if the case can be prosecuted. The Dallas County district attorney will make that determination once all the facts are received by you, your former employee and any other relevant parties.
