Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Enforce Judgement on Adverse Possession Suit

Judgment is filed giving plaintiffs ingress and egress privileges, but not adverse possession - as determined by a jury. Judge made defendant pay plaintiffs legal fees. How do I (defendant) make plaintiff quit parking on the easement? Could I possibly sue in small claims court for fees judge made me pay since they are not abiding by judgment?

Re: Enforce Judgement on Adverse Possession Suit

You have a new issue and the judge will probably not grant reimbursement. You will need a restraining order to prevent the parking. You can ask for legal fees on the parking issue.
