Need to Establish Value of Minerals Rights for Estate

How do you establish the value of mineral rights owned by an estate?

We need this value for the estate inventory. The mineral rights have been leased in the past. No production or royalties have come from these previous leases.

You should use an appraisal service. I'd check with a local real estate agent, bank or title company and ask them for a referral for a local appraiser.
